Group size modification

If you wish to modify the amount of passengers of your group, you need to do it directly from your Volotea account (https://groups.volotea.com/index.php) under the “Request group resize” section.

Add participants

To book some additional seats, select the amount of passengers you now need and confirm your choice. You will then receive a new quote for these extra seats. In order to confirm them, you will need to pay 30% of the rate.

Please consider to select/unselect services (bag, snack) before sending the request. Feel free to contact us for any further information.

Reduce group size

If you wish to reduce the number of seats, select the amount of passengers you now need after reduction and confirm your choice.

Please note that you can reduce up to 10% of the group free of charge, up to 6 weeks before departure. Beyond this period or this percentage, any cancelled seat is due in full.

For groups of 10 passengers it will not be possible to reduce the group.
