Group refunds & claims

You will only be able to get a refund for your group if the reservation was cancelled by the airline due to extraordinary circumstances or if a schedule change of +/- 3 hours was applied to your flight(s). In this situation, please contact our group department: Groups@volotea.com

Group payments

Once you have accepted your group offer, you will be request to pay within a few days a deposit of 30% of your reservation (or its full amount if the departure date is in less than 4 weeks). The remaining 70% must be paid 28 days before the first flight.

Group cancellation policy & refund 

It is possible to reduce a group up to 10% of the total reserved seats for free, at the latest 6 weeks before departure. Beyond this period and this percentage, any cancelled seat is due in full.
