Group service modification

When you request a quote for a group, you are asked to confirm the options you want to include in your reservation: 20 kg bag & Snack. In case you wish to add them later, you will be able to do so without extra cost. It is however not possible to remove a service after the acceptation of the offer.

Add service(s)

You can add extra services (luggage, on-board menus, sports items etc.) directly from groups online portal, clicking on the tab “Manage Services”. We remind you that you can choose to add them to individual passengers or to the whole group.

Remove Service(s)

In case you have not accepted the offer yet, you can remove services directly from the Groups platform under the “payment conditions” section of your booking. On the right side of your screen, you will find the “Total services” sub-section. By clicking on it you will see the services that you have included in your booking. You can unselect them by clicking on the “X” on their right side.

Be aware that if you do not accept the offer right after at the bottom of the page, the changes will not be saved.

In case you have already accepted the offer, it is no longer possible to remove services.
