Group refunds & claims
Refund
If you wish to cancel a few passengers of the group, please look at this article on how to modify the size of a group.
In case of cancellation of the entire group, the amount already paid will be retained, without possible refund or postponement on other current or future requests.
You will only be able to get a refund for your group if the reservation was cancelled by the airline due to extraordinary circumstances or if a schedule change of +/- 3 hours was applied to your flight(s). In this situation, please contact our group department: Groups@volotea.com
Taxes refund
If one or several of your participants did not fly, you can request a tax refund for their tickets. To do so, you should write to Agencies@volotea.com
please note that the refundable taxes do not include the fuel surcharge and the VAT and that an additional 5€ administrative fee is applied, as detailed in our conditions of carriage at chapter 4.4.
Claim
If you wish to make a claim for you group, we invite you to file a complaint by clicking on the following link:

Our claims department is the only one able to manage your request, it is therefore not necessary to contact our group department for this matter.
