Group Name change & passenger list

One of the benefits of our group bookings is that you only need to provide the names of the passengers 5 days before the departure date.

Load passenger list

To load the name list, simply log into the group management interface, click on “Name list” and click on the group you are providing the names for. You will then be able to download in Excel format, the list to fill.

It must be completed and uploaded to the system no later than 5 days before departure (the deadline is indicated in the offer).

The unused places must be filled out as follows: Name: “aa” (bb, cc etc.) And surname: “TBA”.
Do not indicate the date of birth unless the children are younger than 2 years old.

Change name

It is possible to change the participants’ names free of charge up to 5 days before departure. After that, every name change will be charged 70€ per flight.
