GDS Fares

FARE FAMILIES, new fare structure in GDS.

Our Fare Families thought to better fit our passengers’ travel preferences. Travel agents can now offer the sell-up option that is more suitable for each passenger.

The three available fares are the following: BASIC, GO, FULL

BASIC: Designed for passengers who prefer to travel with only the essentials and no additional charges, enjoy a comfortable seat and travel with your personal items under the seat (40x30x20cm).

GO: allows passengers to travel with ease by bringing your carry-on bag on board enjoying the perks of Priority Boarding.

FULL: Designed for passengers looking for our most complete experience. With Full, the customer will have flexibility in changes of departure date, reimbursement in case of booking with class S *, Priority Boarding, hand luggage in cabin and also a checked baggage of up to 25 kg.

*the segment must be cancelled at least 2,5hrs before departure.

Please note that additional services included in the fare, will not be displayed via the ‘Manage my booking’ website until the ticket will be issued.

Combinability:
❖ Farebasis are combinable only on different departure dates or different sectors. For example, one passenger can book GO for the outbound flight and FULL for the return.
❖ Farebasis are not combinable between passengers on the same sector and same departure date into same record locator. For example, in the case where two passengers are on the same PNR with same outbound flight on the same date the booking must be made under the same farebase for both passengers.
