Group luggage policy

With our group bookings, you benefit from a special luggage policy that is summarised below:

Hand luggage

All our group passengers can carry a handbag with a maximum size of 35x20x20 in the cabin free of charge, which must fit under the front seat.
The second piece of hand luggage must be a maximum of 55x40x20 and 10kg in weight and must be checked in at the check-in counter free of charge. If the passenger wishes to carry it onboard, a priority boarding needs to be booked (30€ per flight).

If any piece of hand luggage exceeds the maximum measurements provided or if it has not been checked in previously, it will be checked in at the boarding gate at an extra cost of 50 euros.

Checked-in luggage

If you have added the checked-in luggage service to your booking, the group participants will be able to travel with a 20kg bag. You can see if it is included in the “payment conditions” section of your booking where it will be listed as “BAG1”

Special bag

You can check in special luggage such as sports equipment (surfboards or snowboards, windsurf boards, golf bags, bicycles) and musical instruments, up to 32kg for 60€ per flight and per bag.

Please note that if you exceed these weight limits, you will have to pay a €12 supplement for every extra kg.
