Group check-in & Seating

Check-in

There are two different ways of check-in and getting your group’s boarding passes:

• Online check-in: If you would like to save time and get your boarding passes in advance, you can download them in the “check-in online” section of our website (Volotea.com). This can be done up to 14 days before departure.
• Airport check-in: You can also pick them up for free on the day of departure, upon presentation of an identity document at the check-in desk at the airport.
  

Seating

It is possible to buy specific seats and add services during the online check-in process.   

• Choose your seat 
  For your comfort, choose a window or an aisle seat for an additional fee and make sure you’re sitting with your travelling companions. 
• Change or upgrade your seat up to two and a half hours before the flight 
  Remember that once you have checked in, you can’t change your seat. 
• If you don’t want to choose your seat, we will allocate you one at random, free of charge During the check-in (online or at the airport), we’ll assign you an available seat. You can check which seats have been allocated from four days before your flight, and get your boarding passes.
