Procedures in GDS

We recommend considering the specific procedures in GDSs:

Voluntary date changes

Before Departure:
❖ Fare Families BASIC and GO must pay a penalty fee additional to the corresponding fare difference. Charges apply per passenger and flight sector
❖ In case of fare difference, travel agencies must pay the add collect. In case the resulting fare is lower than the one previously booked refunds will not be allowed.
❖ All voluntary changes must be made in the same RBD or higher.
❖ Charge EUR 50.00 for reissue/revalidation
❖ Passengers travelling in fare family FULL are not required to pay for penalty fee, only the respective fare difference.

After departure: Changes not allowed.

Voluntary refunds

❖ Refunds are only allowed for fare basis SFULL and SFULL2.
❖ To be able to request a refund the segment must be cancelled at least two and a half hours (2.5h) prior to departure.
❖ Refunds must be requested before departure via BSP.
❖ No show is not permitted. In case of No-show, or unused segments will only be approved reimbursement of airport taxes.
