Claims
If your Volotea flight has been delayed by at least three hours on arrival, cancelled, or if you had an issue with your baggage or an overbooking, you can send us a claim via our online form. Depending on the claim type, we will let you know how to proceed, and which documents you need to provide.
Please note that you can only submit a claim for the following reasons: delay, cancellation, lost baggage, damaged baggage and overbooking. Flight cancellations linked to extraordinary circumstances exempt airlines from paying compensation.

If you have already submitted claim and have been given a reference number, please do not make another request.
You can however contact us to get an update on your claim. To do so, please provide our agencies’ centre (Agencies@volotea.com) with your case number and they will inform you about its status.
