Payments and invoices

There are several payment methods available to pay your bookings on our website and web agencies.

In case you would need to provide your accountants with a record of a transaction, you have the option to request an invoice directly on our website for the flights and services you have booked .

Vouchers discounts
Volotea credit
Bank transfer (only for groups)

Please note that PayPal and cash payments cannot be accepted by our telephone customer care or at the airport.

Invoice

It is possible to request an invoice in the payments section of the booking page. We only need you to complete the billing details, preview the invoice to check that all the details are correct and approve your request.

You will receive the invoice 24 hours after your most recent flight, and it will be saved in your flight invoice records, so you can download it in the future if needed.
