Group cancellation policy & refund

Cancellation

It is possible to reduce a group up to 10% of the total reserved seats for free, at the latest 6 weeks before departure. Beyond this period and this percentage, any cancelled seat is due in full.

Note that a passenger can still be replaced after this given that name changes are possible free of charge up to 5 days before departure.

In case of cancellation of the entire group, the amount already paid will be retained, without possible postponement on other current or future requests.

Refund

If you reduce up to 10% of your group, the price of these seats will be deducted from the remaining amount to pay or refunded in case you have already paid the entire booking.

If you cancel more than 10% or reduce your group later than 6 weeks before departure, only the airport taxes will be refunded. You can also request a refund of these taxes if a passenger did not fly by writing to Agencies@volotea.com after the flight.
