Beyond this period and this percentage, any cancelled seat is due in full.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Note that a passenger can still be replaced after this given that name changes are possible free of charge up to 5 days before departure.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>In case of cancellation of the entire group, the amount already paid will be retained, without possible postponement on other current or future requests.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Refund<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you reduce up to 10% of your group, the price of these seats will be deducted from the remaining amount to pay or refunded in case you have already paid the entire booking.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cancel more than 10% or reduce your group later than 6 weeks before departure, only the airport taxes will be refunded.
