Voluntary date changes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before Departure:
\u2756 Fare Families BASIC and GO must pay a penalty fee additional to the corresponding fare difference. Charges apply per passenger and flight sector
\u2756 In case of fare difference, travel agencies must pay the add collect. In case the resulting fare is lower than the one previously booked refunds will not be allowed.
\u2756 All voluntary changes must be made in the same RBD or higher.
\u2756 Charge EUR 50.00 for reissue\/revalidation
\u2756 Passengers travelling in fare family FULL are not required to pay for penalty fee, only the respective fare difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After departure: Changes not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voluntary refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2756 Refunds are only allowed for fare basis SFULL and SFULL2.
\u2756 To be able to request a refund the segment must be cancelled at least two and a half hours (2.5h) prior to departure.
\u2756 Refunds must be requested before departure via BSP.
