Charges apply per passenger and flight sector<br>\u2756 In case of fare difference, travel agencies must pay the add collect. In case the resulting fare is lower than the one previously booked refunds will not be allowed.<br>\u2756 All voluntary changes must be made in the same RBD or higher.<br>\u2756 Charge EUR 50.00 for reissue\/revalidation<br>\u2756 Passengers travelling in fare family FULL are not required to pay for penalty fee, only the respective fare difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After departure: Changes not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voluntary refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2756 Refunds are only allowed for fare basis SFULL and SFULL2.<br>\u2756 To be able to request a refund the segment must be cancelled at least two and a half hours (2.5h) prior to departure.<br>\u2756 Refunds must be requested before departure via BSP.<br>\u2756 No show is not permitted.
